Pam Switzer is in the business of helping sales leaders in Health Care companies to implement sustainable sales transformation initiatives. Pam helps medical sales people win more deals by focusing their selling efforts on the deals that are most likely to close, for the most money, with buyers who see the need to take action and have the authority to do so.
She does this with passion for the health care industry and deep understanding gained by walking in her clients’ shoes. Pam has had a successful sales hospital selling career and stays current by riding a-long with medical reps several times a month, interviewing executives from health care sales organizations as well as hospitals and long term care facilities in Canada and the US. She works with some of the best and brightest sales managers in the medical industry.
Utilizing this valuable insight, Pam helps her clients not only implement sales methodology, but to also build a model that ensures long term sustainability.
Working with medical sales teams since the 1980’s, Pam’s clients include both branded and generic and pharmaceutical companies, as well as companies who sell capital equipment and consumables. Her clients include Siemens, Guidant, Maquet Medical, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Life Technologies, Hospira, Abbott, C.R. Bard and Johnson & Johnson, to name a few.

Matt brings a 20 year journey working for both multi-nationals and small businesses selling and leading teams servicing such diverse areas as IT, engineering and construction, healthcare, retail, energy, manufacturing and public sector at all levels of government.
Early in his career in sales and marketing management, Matt created a ground-up sales team and culture that helped the organization take a market-leading position, improving many key sales and operational metrics, while having fun along the way.
Passionate about marketing and sales, he brings experience in developing and delivering marketing and channel-enablement campaigns to enhance go to market strategies that reduce time to market and time to customer value.
With Lean Six Sigma expertise, he brings a business-process-optimization passion that balances quality with efficiency to help sales organizations optimize their operations, while delivering greater value to their end customers.
